We have a staff of 3 highly trained technicians that have setup 1000's
of instruments (Guitar, Banjo and Mandolin)

Your new banjo will be setup for maximum  playability and tone.
We take the time to make sure your instrument will give you years of pleasure

Our Banjo Setup Procedure

You have a 3 day trial period after receipt of your new instrument.
If you would like to return your instrument  in the 3 day trail period

There are no returns on Items that have been customized
such as Spikes installed or 5th String Capos installed

Call Us Toll Free 1-877-947-5550 for a RA# 
This # will need to be written on the label and box.
We pay for return shipping in this 3 day period.

 

If it has been longer than 3 days you will be responsible for shipping charges
The instrument must be returned in new condition
 with all packing materials
